Active Driveways is recruiting! Due to our continued growth and increasing workload, we're looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking tradespeople to join the team. We work throughout Stoke-on-Trent, Congleton and the surrounding areas — and applicants must be local to be considered.
Positions Available
Experienced Groundworkers
Excavation, drainage, sub-base preparation and concrete edging on domestic driveway projects.
Driveway Installers
Tarmac, block paving and full driveway installations, finished to a professional standard.
Resin Bound Installers
Resin bound surfacing — experience with Vuba systems is a strong advantage.
Landscape Gardeners
Patios, fencing and general landscaping alongside our driveway work.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' resin bound installation experience
- Minimum 2 years' groundworks experience
- Minimum 2 years' landscaping and driveway installation experience
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- Local to Stoke-on-Trent, Congleton or surrounding areas
- Proven track record within the industry
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Able to work professionally as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
Experience with resin bound surfacing, Vuba systems, tarmac, block paving, drainage, excavation, sub-base preparation, concrete edging, patios, fencing and general landscaping would be a strong advantage.
