Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary based on final site assessment and any changes to project specifications.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due upon completion.

Work Guarantee

We stand behind our work with comprehensive guarantees:

All workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum period as specified in your contract.
Materials used carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Guarantees are subject to proper use and maintenance of the installed surface.
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or natural ground movement.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your property and requirements.
Ensure access to the work area on agreed dates.
Inform us of any underground services (pipes, cables, etc.) you are aware of.
Obtain any necessary planning permissions before work commences.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Insurance

Active Driveways is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality service, our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
