Complete Property Transformation with Resin Driveway & Garden

Project Overview

This was a major property transformation in Bradley. The customer had inherited the house from her mother, but the property had no proper finish to the driveway, walls, or the various platforms in the garden. We were tasked with completing a full transformation of both the front and back of the property.

The Challenges

The property presented several significant challenges. The existing driveway was a sloped drive running down to the road with space for only one car. It also wrapped around the side of the property but was too narrow to be practical. The garden required substantial groundwork, and there was no privacy from the road.

The Scale of Work

This was one of our largest projects, involving the excavation and removal of approximately 400 tons of soil from the garden. This groundwork was essential to create the proper levels and foundations for the new surfaces and features.

Our Solution

We installed a stunning resin bound driveway that wraps around the entire property, significantly widening the original narrow drive to accommodate multiple vehicles. The resin surface features elegant curved design elements with a contrasting block paving border for a premium finish.

For added privacy, we constructed new brick walls at the front of the property. In the back garden, we installed beautiful porcelain tiles to create a modern, low-maintenance patio area, complemented by contemporary composite fencing.

The Result

The completed project has completely transformed this inherited property into a stunning, modern home. The customer now has a spacious wraparound driveway, excellent privacy, and a beautiful low-maintenance garden - a fitting tribute to finish what her mother started.
